Refunds and Disputes

LAB802 bills only for consulting time and deliverables rendered.

If you believe an invoice contains an error, email [email protected] within 7 days of receipt.

We'll review and, if appropriate, issue an adjustment or credit.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled sessions with 24 hours' notice at no charge.

Cancellations made with less notice may be billed for up to 1 hour at the current consulting rate.

Project cancellations stop future work immediately; completed time remains payable.

Returns

Not applicable. LAB802 provides professional services, not physical goods.
